O’Real Cotton, DPT, FAFS, CSCS
Dr. Cotton specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy including pathologies of the foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow and upper limb. His functional treatment style embraces the complexity of the body’s entire dynamic movement system to treat the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.
O’Real earned a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute and is a skilled clinician in practicing applied functional and human movement science.
Prior to his doctoral studies, O’Real earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from University of California, Davis. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. O’Real has worked with several of America’s leading fitness companies, published articles in various magazines and has been featured by television news stations for his expertise in health and fitness.

Alexander Bondarenko, DPT, LVST BIG
Dr. Bondarenko is a movement expert who works diligently to restore function and wellness in his patients. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California State University at Northridge. Alexander pursued his graduate education at Clarkson University where he earned his Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is constantly seeking new treatment approaches and integrating them into his ever-evolving treatment tool box. In addition to his orthopedic and musculoskeletal expertise, Alexander’s certifications include: The Gray Institute for Applied Functional Science, LSVT BIG for improving functioning in patients with Parkinson’s Disease, Functional Movement Systems and Rock Taping.
Alexander has been a martial artist since he was a teen, holding various instructor ranks in traditional karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Filipino martial arts. He has taught martial arts for over a decade and continues to evolve as a martial artist and as a physical therapist.
